Greetings Makers, we will be meeting again on April 25th from 6 pm to 8 pm at Blue Ridge Food Ventures, 1461 Sand Hill Road at the A-B Tech, Enka Campus.
We will take a tour of Blue Ridge Food Ventures, an 11,000 sq. ft. shared-use kitchen incubator and natural products manufacturing facility that offers support in product development, guidance through the maze of regulations governing safe production of food products and dietary supplements, advice on packaging and label design, and more. Blue Ridge Food Ventures helps people achieve their dreams of getting their artisan food products to market, of running a baking or catering business, making natural products and herbal dietary supplements, and get them into bottles and tubes and onto store shelves.
The location pin on the map below indicates the entrance to Blue Ridge Food Ventures and there is plenty of parking available in the lots adjacent to the building where they are located.
For more information about Blue Ridge Food Ventures visit them online at the AdvantageWest website.
Following the tour, we will have a show and tell session where Makers can talk about and show projects that they have completed or are working on. So bring something you have made recently and tell us about it. After the show and tell period we will have time for socializing and getting to know our fellow Makers better.
